What is PPS? i dont know if my 90 has sport package or not. I thought everyone had TEMS in 90.

Turbo A was a race speced street car

Group A was the race car.
A quick search on google should give you the answers.

FTW= For the win. If you are turbo you have 3.73. if you are na you have 4.30. pps makes the steering tighter at high speeds i think.

If I read it right PPS turns down the power of/disables the power steering pump while at higher speed to keep it from robbing horse power from the engine.
That correct Jeff?

I don't think it turns it down to reduce horsepower robing, it just makes the same amount of movement in the steering wheel translate into less movement in the wheels. If someone jolts the steering wheel at high speeds, there is less of a chance that they will slide it sideways. It also proves for more comfortable high way driving.

Edit: it "progressively" controls the effect of the steering based on speed (the faster you go, the less it will turn the wheels).

It can't change how far the wheels move based on how far you move the steering wheel, since the ratio remains the same, that is entirely mechanical inside the rack and pinion. Nothing you could do electronically in most R&P setups would change ratio. All it does is reduce the amount of power steering assistance.

Basically it makes the car harder to steer at higher speeds, mainly so that the steering doesn't feel over-assisted.
