Alright, well as you all know from my first post, I recently bought a 88 Supra with a seized engine. So I started to tear down the engine today, got the radiator out and put a breaker bar on the crank to see if it would turn at all. The engine will crank about half a rotation in each direction before I hear a "Clunk" and it cannot be turned any further. Then I took out the spark plugs to see their condition and they are all fine but when I looked in the back two cylinders I noticed they have about a 1/4" of coolant(thick greenish oily substance) on top of them. I checked the oil in the car and its full but even holding the dipstick about 2 feet away the oil has a very potent smell. If i were to compare it to anything it would be that battery acid smell when you short out a battery. From what I could see the pistons looked like they were intact and would slide up and down easily. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone knew or could name what they think blew up in this thing before I get it completely out of the car. Ill have picture up soon if anyone cares to see. Thanks alot everyone. :1zhelp:
