Changed my hatch stops, my god what a bitch, this is the tool I used to get the screws out worked well.

I mean seriously philips head screws AND loctite, I guess they didn't think about when they needed to be changed.

^ Next time tighten to loosen or use hammer and just shock the screw so it can re-leave tension/carrois out of the threads

I did that, I turned it to break the loctite loose then when that failed on the first bolt I got a small flathead and hammered it in, still didn't work. Maybe I just did it wrong but hopefully this stops the squeaking and I got a new clutch pedal pad finally. No more slipping when it rains or my shoe gets wet.

The screws for the bump stops actually have small bolt heads on them that you can put a socket on. Knowing this makes the screws a lot easier to remove.

Uh... what? Mine certainly don't. Neither does the poster's above. I'd love it if they did but mine are completely round.

Yea mine were round no way a socket would grip on that lol but my wire cutters or whatever bit into them nicely after many attempts

Don't have one but I got them out without ruining the threads in the trunk, drove it to work today and no more rattle and squeaks.

Well got my cup holder that my 89+ did not come with.

And also test fitted my gauges in my Lotek pillar pod. Aem wideband, and Defi boost gauge.

My wife and I washed my Supra and her tC, tomorrow I'm changing the oil, plugs, etc. and going to take some better photos, I finished just as the light was fading, so it's a TAD grainy...

I know mine did, because after I got the first one out using pliers and screwdrivers I saw I could put a socket over it and it made removing the other 3 screws much easier. The OEM replacement screws I got from Toyota were also like this.
