what mods? Maybe you turned your boost up too high? I had a boosting problem as I think I mentioned before in here where it would boost but hesitate and not pull as hard also the boost gauge would move around instead of staying at whatever psi. I turned it down a bit with my controller and it is solid.

Grandavi and Doat, I have a NXS MBC. Boost is only at 10 pounds, tapering to 9 or so. Wastegate is working as it should. I just hit fuel cut at 10.5 psi and I know I have leaks because when I pressurized the intercooler piping, I had a gauge on it. 10 psi in the pipes, and two minutes later it was zero

Been there, done that. Even checked every coupler with soapy water. Still drops pressure and fuel cuts early

Have to checked your intercooler itself or the pipes?

Got any photos of your intercooler setup? Normally with a bead rolled piping system and good clamps (there are "not good" clamps) you shouldn't have any leaks. A smoke test will show you where its going if your dropping pressure like you describe though.

+1 for smoke test.

Today finished taking apart the head. The day after tomorrow will send my head to machine shop.

Maybe I'll just drop it off somewhere that has that sort of equipment and just say "don't call me unless it holds 15 pounds".. and it's the driftmotion new style kit. Beaded pipes and t bolt clamps all around.

Do you have access to a fog machine? You can disconnect from the turbo and throttle body. Plug those ends and fill the pipes. Easy way to do it in garage

Chris, was thinking of sitting around and smoking and blow all the smoke into the intake or intercooler, then pressurize (at least in the case of the intercooler lol)

I need to roll my fenders before it makes the 30 mile drive to school. I hate whenever I hit a bump and it rubs.. sound of money being flushed down the drain. Love the new tires though hahaha.
