In total I paid about $416 for all new tires with the warranty but the guy gave me half off on the warranty deal because he liked my MK3 lol.

I am expecting an HPS silicone intake hose and a replacement fan blade this week. Hopefully next week I will have either a cat back exhaust or a used front bumper that is in much better shape than mine.

Nah, she runs perfectly fine I was an idiot and forgot the wrench on the crank bolt after I replaced my CPS and started the car to check the timing. Broke a fan blade and a piece of the radiator shroud when the ratchet wrench spun and flew off. Only reason I want to get a bumper is make my car not look like this anymore
It was really dirty in this pic

I am hoping replacing my CPS has solved my oil leak issue I will be checking the level in the morning and if it's still at full where I left it then I will be very happy to finally be able to track the mileage and do proper oil changes. Although I will be annoyed at changing the oil filter but luckily I have the socket adapter.

hm... the previous owner of my car had some issues with a leak up top. he fiddled with the CPS and the cam seals, eventually he figured out that one of the galley plugs was leaking.... (after replacing valve cover gaskets and cam seals)

Thing is I don't see any oil leaking above the CPS area. I mostly see oil under the CPS around that little annoying 90 degree coolant hose and everything down under the exhaust manifold. As I said I will check my oil and see if it has dropped and go from there but yea the galley is my next area to inspect because I read that is another common area.

Sounds to me like cam seal what you are describing is exactly where my oil was allover from there

That happened to me! Once I finally decided to take out the plug behind cylinder #6, I noticed that it was loose and the gasket sealant that the PO had put on it was almost gone. Took it out, wrapped it in new sealant, hasn't leaked yet.
