I come from a land down under
Ken Follet's "Pillars of the Earth"

Read it many years ago lent it to a friend and of course it never came back, was at the bookstore and spotted it in paper back so grabbed it.

NOT something I'd normally read but a fantastic book.

John Saul - "The Devil's Labyrinth"

I'm not done yet and it is kinda hard to judge his books until you're done.... but it's John Saul alright :)

Just finished "Demon Seed" by Dean Koontz

The 7th book I've read this month. All have been 300+ pages, plus one 730page book by Stephen King

I'm a nerd :D

Oh I love Stephen King :icon_bigg... I think I'm only missing like 3 of his books in my collection. Which one was it?

I need to find some other good horror/ mystery authors tho. I've read all Stephen King books, all John Saul books... not much into Dean Koontz, he's a little too predictable for me. Suggestions?

I love Dean Koontz, have read a lot of shit by him, some very NOT predictable.

Um, the SK book I finished a few weeks ago was Bag of Bones. I've read a lot of his stuff too. I especially like Cell :)

So which book by Dean Koontz would you suggest? I wouldn't mind trying one or 2 more.

Yeah Cell was good! My all time favourite is The Mist.

Ohh, The Mist was good, read that last week.

I'm not too big into series books, at all, but my ex introduced me to the Ice & Fire series by George RR Matin and I have to say it is quite good (It's fantasy stuff). Starts with a A Game of Throwns, I highly recommend it, so far 4 books, 5th book due out soon.

And for romantic suspense shit I dig Heather Graham, not too mushy but kinda predictable. I likes it anyway

Currently reading Atlas Shrugged (should be required reading IMHO).

If you like fantasy, read the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan.
