just get a rubber hose and bypass the entire setup if you'd like. if you remove the j tube from the block, then there's a gaping hole in your block. :( (back from when the origional casting used a mechanical fuel pump, i believe)

Damn i wish i would have know this info earlier about the Return line as i have been running rich since the pump was put in. Well the car has only seen maybe 30 minutes of real drive time.

550's are good insurance. the stock 440's MUST be AT LEAST cleaned (flow tested, too) in order to push 400hp. my question to you is:

why risk burning up your motor for a set of $350 injectors from RC engineering? the 440's wont support 500hp. they'll be far past their duty cycle to be running safely, and you risk injector failure.

Yeah, from what I understand a failed injector could lead to a failed engine...

What's the most HP i can expect to get out of the stock ct26?

I feel like I'm pretty close to reaching the limits of my turbo with my setup.
