long story short, motor was professionally assembled, reputable machinist(or so i hope in this case), i have put on all acc. and is almost ready to drop in. BUT last night i was installing the cps and i had made sure that the piston closest to the front of the engine was at tdc on compression stroke, But my cam lobe is in the completely wrong spot compared to the tsrm, so here's this as a reference, excuse the sloppiness lol
if you want to go deeper than that or if you are not familiar with how it should be, here you go,

My current understanding is, that when the cylinder closest to the front of the engine is at tdc, the intake cam should be at the tsrm's pictured position, and then move the crank pulley to where its mark is pointing at the 10 on the front timing cover, and i should install the cps then. Or am i wrong? Or is my head not in time with the short block as it should be. Send me in the correct direction please!
any and all input appreciated, thanks
