Dude, have you checked the ATF fluid level in your fan resevoir?

I hear a whining pump.

That newspaper idea was smart. +1 for that.

If your fan was moving air like it should, that paper would have been blown 10 feet back. I can't even fill oil when the car is running because the stream is blown away by the fan.

BTW, I just realized you said you had coolant in your oil. Are you sure? I mean, I can understand the smoking from the turbos since you probably overheated the car pretty good but I'm not sure how water would get into your oil from the turbos. BHG sure, but not sure about the turbos.

If you are sure there is water in your oil, don't start the car again. If there was, me thinks the damage to the engine would have been seriously done by now from you driving the car home and running it to make that video. And any other times you've ran the car since this problem.

Might be good to drain the oil and check for water in the oil before you start that thing up again if you think you have water mixed in the oil...

Did you check your ATF level in the resevoir yet?

I think you're jumping the gun with the water in the oil. I mentioned it because if you did have water in the oil you should not be driving or starting the car anymore.

i need to change the oil anyways, its about 3k now. i did check the fluid level it seemed like it was 75% full. i don't think its that problem, i found some unplugged connectors where the ECU is and i plugged them in, still no luck. the fan is still running on low. Im going to flush the cooling system and put in some brand new toyota red coolant. im also going to flush the hydraulic fan fluid and the problem will hopefully come to me. hopefully.

edit: i had oil in the coolant, well i it was hard to tell. it was more like GUNK. it had the same symptom as my old 7m. BHG ftl..

Well I'm stumped for now. Only so much I can do from here.

All I've been able to deduce is that your fan isn't running at speed and that is what I think is the highest likely source of your overheating.

Why is your fan not running at speed? IDK.

ok so i talked to a friend and he said that it might be the pump. when the pump fails does it completely shut off, or does it just work inefficiently?

Uhoh, you do know what coolant mixed in your oil can possibly do, right? Knocky knocky ring a bell? Do you know how long its been mixing coolant and oil? You flipped your oil cap? You checked compression?

i went up the mountain and before i got to the top, the coolant tank lid popped and basically spit coolant everywhere. the thing smoked for like 20 minutes. im guessing that did a lot of damage.
