I just got my 89T going and was wondering if there was a way that I could do my upgrades and not have something become obsolete after another upgrade.... I.E. I don't want to get IC hardpipes when I wont be able to use them w/ an upgrades IC or turbo.
Things I'm looking into now are:
-exhaust is in progress-
1) brakes -slightly 'upgraded' stock-
2) Suspension - lowering springs w/ new quality shocks, strut/sway bars, new bushings
3) Upgraded cooling system - Fluidyne w/ FAL elec fans
-new performance tires when my current ones wear out-
I know I have those right because i want to be able to stop and turn...
As for what's next, I haven't the slightest.
I'm thinking:
4) IC -followed by hardpipes
5) Wideband
6)lex/550's
7) SAFCII
8) Upgraded turbo -not ct-
basically I'm just bored at school/work and am curious as to how everyone else would go about planning for upgrades.
