well i found that my coolant leak wasnt from my rad, its form my IC . Now i need a IC to replace it. Which one would od best to fit stock location adn piping? is stock my best option as well?
really? hmm that maybe the problem. im gonna go take a picture now.shaeff said:there shouldnt be any coolant leaking from your intercooler... chances are that your coolant resivour spit coolant out onto your intercooler, making it appear that your intercooler is the culprit. the only thing that should be in your intercooler is air.

aww why u be a hater haha. but seriosuly i hate those damn rocks. oh and i knew what they were trying to say... its just werid because on top of that there is no coolant on the ground yet when you touch it its liek freaking leakign down your hands.NATAN666 said:what they are tryign to say is that there is no physically possible way the coolant is coming from your intercooler. Maybe somebody was topping off your overflow tank and spilled it on the IC?
your IC is just really beat up, so i am not going to disagree with your decision to buy a new one
joel w. said:i looked at mine and the over flow drain from the OF tank dumps right onto the IC? might explain the coolant there..
but would it still be pressurising if i havent started it in a long time?joel w. said:i looked at mine and the over flow drain from the OF tank dumps right onto the IC? might explain the coolant there..

shaeff said:yeah man, do it up. not unless you have an air/water IC, which, chances are, you dont. you'd probably know if you did. i'm betting it's your coolant resivour. the next step would be to figure out why your coolant system is pressurizing!!! (possible BHG)
