upgrade IC to fit stock piping?

i have a fix, find a nice heat restiant bottle. mount it next to the oil cooler with zipties, and just run fuel line fron the radiator to the bottom of the bottle and you have a larger overflow tank. save a call to summit and get extra coolant holding space to boot!!!!!
 
What if you did that but instead of getting rid of the stock bottle you just feed the stock bottle overflow into the new bottle so when your stock bottle fills up it starts filling up the new bottle instead of losing all that coolant?

But isnt that what the stock OVERFLOW bottle does is contain the coolant that overflows from the radiator?

For some reason, that sounds waaaaaay too ghetto to me.
All I can picture is, like, a half gallon plastic milk jug, ziptied to the oil cooler, with a piece of hose duct taped to the top of it... lol
