TX2K9 who's going?

I would like to, I'm in Texas already... and I go to the 1/4 all the time so I think it would be fun.
I'm trying to get my car ready. Can anyone tell me how hard they tech the cars? I'm planning on running somewhere between 10.49-10.99, and the th400 may throw a few extra inspection issues in as well.

I don't remember any MKII's running and I can only remember Gixxer running a MKIII. I'd have to check the Texas thread, but seems like there was two or three MKIII's altogether that ran. I think he won the class with a 13second run. Please dont' shooot me if that is incorrect because I"m old and can't remember stuff too good anymore. What was your question again?

I've been coming to Texas for 3 years now. Hopefully I can make it this year. Are there dates set yet?
I have not been to supra tx gathering although I went to one supra meet locally and it was just a bunch of mkiv's that turned their nose up to the mkiii/ii's. Anyone in dfw, might want to caravan out there, still have my 7m so I will have extra coolant, jacks, tools, HG's... never can be too prepared while on the open road.

Its not just for MKIV's (in fact its about to be changed to DFWSupras.com), There are just as many MKIII's as there are MKIV's on the site. None of the MKIV owners have been asses to me and I still have a stock 7M. You need to post up and meet some ppl! BTW, we've met a few times

can't wait to hit up "track 21" again, and hotels in Katy would be better than that bullshit last year with IHOP
