Gonna take quite a lot of electrical power to spin a Compressor to 40000 rpm so it's makes worthwhile boost....... in turn will need some big arse Alternator and a bank of batteries and capacitors so will end up heavier and slower than a straight turbo car.

Reminds me of those retards who invented electrical turbo chargers and sold them for 100's to 1000's of people they were a plain 20cfm cpu electric fan people put them into thier intake track and when they opened the throttle up they even sucked the fans and smaller parts into thier engines they even claimed and extra 20hp with them installed with thier dyno pics lol.
