Yes, you can tune it to virtually any point you want, from stock all the way to god knows where - in theory, well above 60psi, anyhow.

That's good news. Would i need the asfc for that you reckon or does the maft itself gives you that kind of tunability?
No, the AFC will give you the ability to tune exactly how much fuel is going into the engine at every point, it won't help with tuning fuel cut - at least not by much.
