Tube Flaring Question

I'm pretty sure my heater core is failing. So using Solid Works, machinging skills, and silver soldering skills, I'm going to design and make one from stainless. The only question I can't find an answer for is what the flare, or bump, or whatever you call it is on the copper tubing that protrudes through the firewall into the engine bay used to keep rubber hoses from slipping off metal tubing. I don't know the name of this type of swage or flare. Once I have the name I can find a tool to make it for the ends that connect to the rubber heater hoses.
Thanks in advance

Bubble flares are one of the most demanding flares on tooling to do SG, that shit is so hard...

Wouldn't imagine SS is going to be a great material for the heater core gonna be interesting to see how it performs, If I were doing it I'd have gone Al.

I just checked out the tools online turns out a friend has one which will save me some money. The tubing I'll be using for the heater hose connections will seamless 5/8" dia. X .028 wall, that make it sturdy so I wont need a connection between the core and the engine bay. The Tanks I'll have a friend CNC, the tubes will most likely be 1/4" dia. .02 wall. I have experience using this type of tubing to transfer heat, it works great, 195° tubes will give off heat. The main goal is never having to replace my heater core again, this is my second one and next will be my last. Added a link to show the exact style I'll be using.
