I'll give my standard example to illustrate pricing.

I needed a new accordian hose.

Went to my local dealer because I needed it ASAP. I nearly fell over when I got the price. I had them order it anyway.

.

Kieth, what did it cost?

LOL...I should have known...1J!!!

I also bought the flywheel bolts and its cost me $10 ea and the salesman said there were only 5 bolts and I told him there were 6 bolts.
But he was convinced there were 5 bolts...lol..

Cheers,
Roy

My dealer gives me free bolts and stuff...and reasonable standard dealer prices....but when i went to check on a crankshaft....there was some other guy working in there who wanted 1000$ for a new one....i seriously said nothing and walked out...went literally across the street to my cousins shop and ordered a new, 7m for 350 dollars standard crank and with acl and clevite bearings, and everything......that crank would have cost me how much i payed for the car....seriously....
