I pushed 13O outta my N/A on a super long straightaway , My engine had 165,xxx on the odo , I cranked it up the next day .......... Had a bad bad rod knock . I rebuilt a jdm 7mge I found on ebay for like $6OO Shipped . I take it easy on her now .

130 by the speedo isn't even close to 130 in the real world sorry.

Mine was a good condition NA well tuned with low KM's and did a verified 125 max, might have gone a little faster with a downhill but on the flat that was it.

I have a 87 7mge JDM motor 45,000 miles, everything stock, just no EGR. and ive had mine up to 145 plenty times. Mabye b/c I do maintenance by the book religiously.

I guess im just a lucky supra owner.

How did you verify 145? I've had mine pegged a few times, don't think it was 145, like IJ said the speedometers get more inaccaurate at the top end.

I've had mine up to about 110 on the speedo. My engine was screamin like a demon :evil2:

Diff: 4.30 LSD

Tire size: 225/50/16

RPM: 6500 with O/D off

I had mine up to 150+ MPH on the speedo but I swear it wasnt over 110-115 in reality.
