well another problem evolved out of this.... i went to the body shop and it is 650 bucks to get rid of the dent. now i relized this. i have black paint on the wholelength of the car. its black. so i call up toyota and tried to get some paint so i could cover up the black paint and my bumper down by the lip is all yellow from road debree and such. well toyota says that it is an 'EXCLUSIVE" PAINT AND THEY CANT GET IT. PLEASE IF ANYBODY CAN GET ME THIS PAINT PM ME! anywyas the dent is out but i need the paint..... i got the 500 but the guy is paying for the paint...

another funny thing is that the kids dad was amazed at how much the was to fix. he's is lucky that i didnt need a fender or anything because then i would have repainted the whole car. it wouldnt have been teal either

Most paint suppliers can color match any color, faded or not.

That's very shitty, I don't blame you on your actions, That would make me very pissed off too, Once I found out he wasnt even licensed and it was daddy's car...I would have been laughing too hard to even get a plate #. After looking back on it, I would have regretted the punch(despite how good it must have felt) and just made a report and cashed in at court.
If you were walking out of a mall and some kid follows you calling you a ricer boy, sure beat his ass, laugh all the way home. But with damaged property let the legal system re-pay you.

I would have complained about neck injuriours and gone to the chiropracter for a few months at the insurance's companys expense you would at least get 1500 bucks from the suit and on top of that money to fix your car. But damn 650 maybe its time to learn how to do body work and save some cash. With 600 bucks im painting my car Pearl white.

Adam: A bit of advice from an old guy

In the future if you can't control your anger don't hit people in the head/face for a few reasons.

The Teeth/Knuckle interface is very dangerous to your health

The head is too small a target

It leaves evidence

Even a well landed punch WILL hurt your hand

The Gutt is a much larger softer target..

So you want to paint over the black paint all the way down your car. Good luck with that one.
