I would tell him if they dont pay up enough money your taking them to court... if your under 18 go for it.. at 18 in Va everything is removed from your record.

Adam, I can understand where your coming from and how you felt when it happened. It may not have been the smartest choice to punch the guy, but sometimes actions speak sooner than words. Personally, in situations like this, I let them do what ever they want, as long as I have there plate and license# and a witness they can talk as much trash or hit me all they want. It only digs them a deeper hole when you make a police report and go to court.

Hey Adam, I'm sure everyone on here has done at least one thing that they regret. I think everyone is trying to save you from learning the hard way on everything. You're young enough to be our little brother and that's what big brothers do. The next guy you punch in the face may have a 9mm. You dont never know until it's too late. Just take it as constructive criticism and know that their just trying to help. Hope you get your car fixed(and a little pocket change to boot). I've always liked the teal blue that you have.
