Not all that hard with a standalone if you have the time/smarts to do the tune yourself, most people won't spend the $$$ it requires to get Cold starts right as the tuner only get's one shot at it in each 24 hour period as the 2nd start ISN'T a cold start!

Yes it's a Tial.

The reason you can hear it so well in one of the clip is that the camera was mounted pretty close to the bov.
