I have built garages before and people sometimes say... 24' x 32' ... isn't that a big garage? I always replied.. "you can never have too big of a garage...no matter how big you make it.. it will be too small".
Im envious.. you can actually work on your cars in that. Now you just need a hoist.

long time from my last update but after getting screwed on the last block and having to recover from that im back. im mostly settled in my new house and finally got my supra in my front garage. man i forgot how nice it feels to sit in your own supra...as soon as my a$$ hit that seat and i put my hands on the wheel i felt more at home than i have sense the last time i drove it (what a feeling!). all the memories of me and albert ripping down the highway came back and i got a hell of a grin...cant wait to do it again!

anyways...

picked up this GE from a friend in a trade for some work

MOR UPDATE! lol

well i was thinking i wanted to get the trans on and be able to wire the motor after the trans was on, so i wanted to make a small motor stand so the motor could sit on the ground. i was sharing the idea with my girlfriend and she said she wanted to sharpen her welding skills more so i told her she could build it for me...and she did lol

my miss', Avanti welding it up.

p1988405_1.jpg

all done...not the best welds be shes getting better (second time ever welding), we are talking about going to some night class so she can learn more and i can better my skills.

just went over with glazing putty and some rattle can for now, will redo this when i paint the engine bay.

start of fuel rail

p1989627_14.jpg

as of now plans are to repaint the engine bay with a one stage 6l9. 6l9 is Dark Green Mica Metallic witch will be the color i end up painting the car. for years ive always said it would be the only gloss that id paint my car with...i think its time...heres what the color looks like, it was a factory color for some JZA70's...i think clint is gonna get jelly right about...

...now...
