Your whole car is atleast 20 years old, better change it out. :D
If I were to list the unmolested original parts on my car, the list would be really damned short. All I can think of off the top of my head is a few window moldings, rear subframe, and some of the glass. And those items are in the plan already for replacement...

Still waiting for the rain to stop long enough to finish the wax job. In the meanwhile...

Took these off:

Ground them down with a wire wheel, then sanded them, and sent them off the be painted again. When they came back, I decided to put on some more of the parts that have warmed up on the bits bin shelf for long enough.

Throttle cable bracket and wind shield wiper arms:

Even picked up new from the dealer (thanks Mark!) nuts for the wiper arms:

And new blades, too, of course.

Replaced the vents in the door frame.

I took the screw off (I have the back panels off as well as the rear interior is totally out of the car atm.... ) and couldnt figure out what is holding the vent in.. is there a trick to popping those out? I want to replace mine, but cant get them out.

Yes, there is. Pull on 'em like you hate 'em. The part where the screw goes in mushrooms out when they are installed, so it is actually pretty hard to pull them back out.

Ewww factory wipers. No upgrade? :p
Nope, still use stock wipers from Toyota, replace them twice a year. Among other reasons, the windshield glass in this car is the original factory glass, and it's in pretty bad shape - pitted in a lot of spots. If you put expensive wipers on, it tears them up just as fast as the cheap ones from Toyota.

Replacing the windshield and door windows is on the list.

Mihir picked up an aftermarket windshield from Broco over here, I got a look at it at the ImportMeet show we just went to, and it's fantastic. That's what I'm going to go for.

And $1000? Seriously? Even if so, consider that you've got more than that in just AN fittings.

no no I mean more then 1000 can't remmber the full price but I was hella shocked. it was some crazy price plus they don't have any more windows or window trim eather all after market now

after market windows are like 350 to 550

but if you do find a window i will be shocked
