I have a Zune for sale, now that my son got his Ipod touch. If you have the connection in your car stereo to just attach one of these to it, this is definitely what you want. You will never have to take CD's into your car again.

I don't know what all of them are. I just can't justify spending the money on one of those when there are so many things I'd rather have for the cars.

EXACTLY why i didn't have one :) She got me a docking station too since my work just blocked out ALL internet radio sites, so now i have music again at work. Yay! (its the only thing that keeps me sane all night):)

BTW, what are you doing on SM? get back in the kitchen and make something nice with that new mixer...

I got my Christmas gifts early, mostly:

A Smith & Wesson 9mm
conceal/carry class for my permit
HTC Touch Diamond phone (my old one was a POS)

Other than that, just some pilate home workout stuff, and a bracelet from my sister in law. Overall, a nice holiday spent with the family!

I did pretty well on the present front... Handheld mixer, new watch, LG Viewty phone, scrapbooking kit & bag, magazines, 2 books from my favourite author, leatherbound diary, picnic basket & cooler (with all the plates, cups, etc), stainless steel toaster, and a bunch of other things that I can't even remember right now! :)

Chloe was spoilt... I have no idea how we are going to get everything home... Most likely will need to get Sam's parents to drop some stuff off one weekend!

My Chloe (cat) had a very misfortunate thing happen. Two nights before Christmas, we were setting out for a shopping trip, when for some reason, she got under the Trailblazer as we backed out of the driveway. She didn't get to see Christmas this year. And we had to finish up shopping on Christmas eve. She was the only cat I have ever liked.

Miserable Christmas. In a lot of ways. All I wanted was my car, of course, no such luck. I'll never get that damn thing back.

I woke up at 6am Christmas morning to go to the bathroom, and then stumbled over some of my sisters stuff and managed to flip over the end of the bed and land on my ass. I fucked up my left leg, put a big knot in it and blackened the toes on my right foot. So I started the day pretty pissed off.

Now, I live with my mom and sister/brother. I waited until like 1pm to go to my ex's and see my kids. My mom gave me this HUGE guilt trip for not staying for dinner. #1 This is now the 2nd year in a row I haven't seen my kids open their Christmas presents, #2. I am NOT vegetarian and did not want to eat her damn "tofurky", PLUS she didnt even tell me dinner was going to be done in 5 minutes, I thought it was going to take a lot more time so I left. Then she calls me over at my ex's, she's all crying and whatever. She made me have the most miserable damn day, I couldn't even enjoy being with my kids and seeing my brother in law whom I havent seen in 2+ years bc he's been away in Iraq and Okinawa.

Anyway, later on I go to the local pool hall to hang out with my ex and his best friend. I end up taking off to his best friends house to watch a movie. My ex comes by an hour + later, drunk as all hell, and cops an attitude with me, effectively rubbing in the fact that I wasnt with my kids for awhile, which he seems to do EVERY time he doesn't like what I have to say. So perfect ending to a perfect Christmas I suppose.

Here's to hoping for a job in 2009, and relationships with no strings attached bc I am just tired of the drama.

Best part of that post. Less drama and focus on getting things back in order. :)
