When I do wax though, I use Meguires quick detail, buff by hand. Paint is really, REALLY fucked on this car so I'm not really concerned about keeping it 100% as it's more like polishing a turd at this point.

p.s. my car made it into the mk2 calendar again this year, so I'm happy
...just goes to show you, even POS cars can make it into a calendar with a real good shot.
Not bad at all. I use there waxes but I use 3m Perfect 3000 buffing and swirl remover. Awesome stuff.
Used it on my black 4runner that had water etching in the paint mainly the top part of the truck such as hood, top fenders, and roof. Did the whole truck in 2 days taking my time. The 4runner looks new!
Gonna have to do my supra soon as well.
