I know there is alot of threads about people that swaps from 7M-GTE to 1JZ-GTE, but i will be the second person ever to do it here in Sweden. Think it's about 5-6 1JZ here where i live, so these engine's is not something that you may found around every corner
Where to start... My car is an 89 with 93200 miles on it, it's perfect condition and very well taken care of by the previous owners. Hasn't been driven in snow for the last 10 years, is 1 of 30 MA70 that was sold buy Toyota dealers when the car came rest of the MA70s here are imports, think its 1 of 2 or 3 swedish sold cars that isn't wrecked.

The old engine
Bought a 14" Summit fan that i will use instead of the belt driven fan. Will use a 2JZ waterpump also. AEM air filter that i got with me home..
New oils, everything from Red Line
Had to buy a new 7M-GTE harness since the old harness went away with the engine.
Started to prepare things for the 1JZ-GTE harness that will be cut in
Removed the air conditioning system, put it in a box so that i can put it back someday!
For now i'm just waiting for the engine to arrive, bought it from jdmracingmotors.com in canada in february. 2 days ago the crate with the engine, transmission, ecu and harness came to the port in Gothenburg. Think it will get trough the customs tomorrow and then it's just 1-2 days of wait left When the 1JZ harness is in place i will clean the enginebay so it will look fresh later, more work to clean when the engine is in so..
And if you find any spelling faults or stuff like that, don't bather, i'm a f*ckin swede haha :biglaugh:
