IDK. I think the 7M will get him from a roll too. Ct26 will spool faster with the 3.0l. and I clipped the crap of the turbine, so this thing will flow as much as possible. All He has to do is boost the same as the opposing 1j.

he wont hit boost cut or fuel cut at 18psi? that's what the "opposing" 1jz is running

I still think you will get me but with the 560cc injectors i shouldn't hit fuel cut.

I've read a couple people have been able to run 22psi with a big turbo and not hit fuel cut

Nope he has got his injectors in and turned up the boost :)

George is faster then Carlos's 1J that night on the highway when we all went me and George both pulled on Carlos but he was having some Driver errors

He needs go fast parts to go along with that Turbo. His lag is ridiculous

I will when this lets go i thought about maybe just a 50-75 shot but then i have to make a blow down tube and where a fire jacket at the track
Technically you'll need the jacket anyway, if your track uses official NHRA rules. There is a clause in there that requires the jacket for a vehicle with an upgraded turbo. Sounds like nonsense to me, but I've been busted on it before, had to borrow a jacket to run.

maybe i can buy my old M/T street slicks back from billy.... there should be a few passes left on them. that would take care of my traction worries.

I always say 200-500 miles with low, to no boost. Proper shut downs.

Jordan you have a turbo timer?

So I take it this coincides very well with breaking in a new engine as well??

sorry to thread jack

do engines really have break in periods? if that's the case, brand new cars straight from the factory with 0 miles? why don't they break it in or provide new buyers with "break in" procedures. just curious

Some manufacturers still do this - Mini is a good example.

BMW still does this on a dyno before shipping to the manufacture.
