I was wonder in there is a way to modify the stock oil cooler oulet from the filter to cool all the time, and would it be alright for the oil system with the drop in pressure.

yes you could modify it, HELL NO it wouldn't be good for the drop in pressure...
if you want NO oil pressure and rod knock, go ahead and do it...
The best setup is to get rid of the pressure based cooling circuit, and go to a temp based system that doesn't just dump back to the pan...
I'll never understand why toyota did it...

WTH are you guys talking about pressure dropping? So you guys are saying if you put an aftermarket oil cooler that it will automatically be bad? Because I removed my old oil cooler and oil line and ran new higher pressure hose to my new oil cooler............ BAD?????????????
I did not touch that oil filter assembly or anything. Just ran new hose from it...

If he converts the stock Cooler to flow all the time there will be 0 pressure at idle, the stock cooler valve doesn't open until 40 psi and by that time the pump is flowing enough volume to cover the 10mm leak back into the pan try this at idle and see how much of the stock 5 psi pressure remains 
There is no problem at all upgrading the Cooler if the stock valve is in place it just makes more sense to convert to a full flow cooler circuit and install a T Stat at that time to prevent overcooling the Oil on cold starts.
(Stock system is pressure based and when do you have the most pressure? when cold the exact time you don't want or need Oil flowing through the cooler)

is there a way to mabye convert to a free flow system using the stock cooler but upgrading the oil filter assem. Or would it be easier to convert the whole thing

the stock oil cooler is too small and too restrictive to serve any good as a full-flow unit once you DO follow thru with a oil filter conversion/relocation.
youd have to upgrade it to at least a normal full-flow unit.
why would you want a purge system to waste nitrous? just rotate your windsheild washer nozzles 90* and use your squirters to hose people/cars down.

The oil that goes to the cooler gets pulled directly off the pump, to the cooler and back to the pan...
if the oil went BACK into the oil system instead of the pan it wouldn't be such a shitty system...
This is exactly why you can lose a motor running really thick oil, it gets bypassed to the cooler, dumped in the pan and never makes it to the bearings...

My oilcooler is leaking a little bit so I want to exchange it. But then I could just as well do the conversion to full flow with thermostate.
