im running two efans with a custom aluminum shroud on a godspeed 3row radiator. the fans are controlled by a thermostat. i would have to say that these fans flow a lot of air... very close to the amount of the mechanical fan. but i have no way to measure exactly how much air it is. i have had zero temp issues in all types of driving conditions. i was in a similar situation as the OP... had only a few inches of clearance so i couldnt use the mechanical fans.
overall im very satisfied. my only concern is that if the efans fail, i have no way of knowing untils its too late
