stock motor mount limits?

I just got the 93-98 Supra Motor mounts. There is an extra placement nipple (aluminium) that needs be to shaved off. They are encased in metal and seem much sturdier than the 89-92 mounts. They are the same size and fit the same.

They can be found at a good price from the Toyota Dealers on Supra Forums.

just do this......

used 2 small strips of 1/4 inch steel plate to fill the gap from the mounting plate to the metal surround. Welded it up solid, should be good for anything and only cost me 10 minutes and a small amount of steel i already had laying around.

Damn that looks like something I blow out of my nose after grinding cast iron!! ;)

I just bought the MKIV mounts. They are made a lot better and cost a little over $100 for the set vs $100 per mount for the MK3 mounts.
