well not really an update but good news

i should be working more(only at 6 hours a week right now) and my shop teacher(im still in hs) wants to help me out with wrapping the interior, sandblasting some parts and doing some custom things...

gated shifter won't work, hard to explain, but our shifter fulcrum is literally right under the boot. The gate would have to be a few inches above the console (I had this idea too LOL)

i blasted a radiator support today in auto, came out good....im getting it powder coated(along with other parts) for free =]...

anyways here are some pics

The car is 20 years old so it's easily possible to have low mileage and look considerably more worn. You never know how well the car was taken care of all these years. But on the other hand, since it's so damn easy to swap the clusters out, you just never know.

The car is 20 years old so it's easily possible to have low mileage and look considerably more worn. You never know how well the car was taken care of all these years. But on the other hand, since it's so damn easy to swap the clusters out, you just never know.

well i know the prev. owner for a while, the only thing he did to it is add the fart can..and he got it with less then 30k on it..he showed me the title and it said 29XXX...6 years ago, and i know it had atleat 3 years of sitting on it..i saw it everyday on the way to school just sitting...

nah, they aren't glued on from the factory, but the heat and age makes em stick really well...

i might have a different supra on the way..i found a 88 white turbo that the guy put a jdm 7mgte in there, blew a hg...he started to redo the head gasket, and didnt finish the rest, he said i would need to put the intake manifold, the vacuum lines and the fluids..

dont know if im getting it or not, im checking it out...if i see that its in good condition and the engine is good, ill buy and use my current supra as a parts car, then eventually sell it...

thats if i like what i see

well that supra fell out, and i have a friend now selling a 1jz if he dosnt use it himself...but for now i want to finish the interior and get the exterior winter proof...as some of you know my car was egged, and it sat for a little time, and now i have a nice stain in my clear now...

well here are some pics of the egg marks...

i guess i might do a little wet sanding and hope for the best...idk


for the interior i might still rewrap every single part, but after seeing that guy spay his int. i might go with a new dash/door panels and paint them...idk yet, it depends on if i can find a good dash....

ok i decided that i am going to scrap the int. part of my build for now...i want it to be a good DD before i do anything...so i will be getting all the rust fixxed, complete the molding, and get new dash/pannels...

ok little update, i ripped out my shifter today and it looks like im in need of some new bushings so im going to buy them..and im trying to get progress done but money sucks right now..
