i dunno, but i'd like to try to whip this tank around with a sensitive steering rack

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I wondering it would be too much for the street. It doesn't sound that outrageous but I think you'd have to drive it to know.

Has anyone got any experience with these?

I bet it would be awesome for a drift set-up.

As far as turning the wheel, how bad could it be with power-steering?

Easy to install? Uninstall?

I know of at least a few rally car DSM's that run these, and the builder says they work quite well.

I'd love to drive a car with one in it just to see how it feels, but I have no first-hand experience with them.

wouldn't help as much as you think, it would make it twice as hard to turn the wheel...

2 to 1 wouldn't help as much as I think??? The steering wheel would take half as many turns lock to lock. Am I missing some detail here?

Also, I don't think it would affect the p/steering to the point where it would be difficult to turn the wheel. Possibly it may be a little harder to turn the wheel when parked or parking, but once you get rolling say 3mph I doubt it would be very noticable.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
