Steering clicking noise

So just like the title says, clicking noise comes out from under the car when i am making a wide turn any idea??
I have just replaced with tokico shock, and H&R springs.
Should an alignment take care of the problem?

clicking or popping? how far are you turning? like going to lock on a u turn?

I think is more clicking then popping, i am turning like 3/4 way of the full turn, so basically i don't have to lock the wheel all the way to hear the clicking sound. I just had the steering spacers installed also if thats the issue ?

Not sure, i think it did.
