Well I might as well update. He told me he was going to send me the boost controller a week ago and I have been pm'ing him every few days without any response. I am getting sick and tired of waiting for him to send it. He obviously does not care one bit, which is what I knew from the very beginning. He never cared and was always slow with everything he did. What should I do now?

Basically, if i read the above correctly, he is proposing to send you something he broke & entered a Honda to steal. There is no mention of a number match to confirm its the same part and the identity of the thief is being protected for some reason.... I would think that if this guy ripped him, he wouldn't hesitate to call him out on it publicly... yet he withholds the guys id and how exactly he's connected to the situation. Was he able to break the window with his hand as is suggested in the irc log? boy.... i dunno.. it makes for a good story and more drama I guess...but mostly, I am not sure how much of a solution getting something from someone who openly admits to having ripped it off for whatever reason really is in the first place... but, that's just my 2 cents
I don't know either of you guys at all really though and had it been a straighter deal in the first place I would say kyle got rooked... as it was a trade/money deal that i couldn't really follow it makes it tougher to call... but think the whole thing smells of something... something stinky....
