I forgot the specs of his new turbo, but it is just slightly smaller than my GT42R.

Motor looks like it belongs to Duane and the turbo looks like a T88H.:naughty: Am I right?

LOL Maybe or maybe not LOL

It is a T88 but only for a little bit depending on the HP I hit. I would like over 800 RWHP (many have done it on this turbo) but if I do not reach what I want, it is easy to throw another wheel in there. My goals are big and the engine is built for pretty much anything I throw at it. ANYTHING! :naughty: Ron and I have been working on this forever and it will not be finished for another 2 months at least. Things get added on as time goes by. I am sure you guys know how it is ;)

I will post some pics in a bit of what has been going on :)

There goes your carbon fiber hood. Doesn't look like there's any way it will ever close with that thing on there. Small price to pay for 800 hp though. Good luck with the build and can't wait to see more pics and a dyno video...........lol

Ok what the heck.. I have some pics now..

To start off here I decided to do a few things on the extra side so to speak to make things a lil different.

After starting off with a new block and build a new bottom end with new piston's, rods and such I decided to do a lil more. I want to thank my good buddy Ron R for again helping me with this build and others that will come along in helping soon enough. Nate, and Tom to name a few :)

Other parts added are Titan cam gears, (hey came polished but I sent them out to have a clear anodize on them to give a satin finish.) turbo blanket, New clutch set-up, 4" V band (thanks Sean at Titan motorsports)
The head is pretty much maxed out for porting and I have added some custom Billet steel cams from TED to help make the engine breath some more.
After months of work and time on waiting for parts, I decided to paint the bay but a lil better this time. I brought it to a guy that Ron knows that does resto's for a living and he does a GREAT job . (you will pay for it) I had the bay stripped down to the bare metal and then had most holes filled in the bay. 147 to be exact. They were all welded and then ground down. By holes I mean > the stock intercooler holes, (pass fender) the windshield bottle res hole, the fuse box hole for the wiring that is and the battery tray has been shaved out to name a few bigger ones I had done. From there, it was etched and then primed painted etc.. Sounds easy but I can say this ... IT IS A VERY TIME CONSUMING JOB! and time is money. Thanks to Champion Toyota, I also have decided to add many new parts from Toyota like the 3 vents in the back of firewall, wiper arms, visor for winshield, the hood latch, many interior parts, seals and brake lines since I took out my old ABS (has been unhooked for 4 years and did nothing and I have a BIG brake kit from AP anyway) Also added are new bolts for bay in SS to give a nice clean touch. The engine is also surrounded with certain bolts. See if you can see them ;)
I also have gone bigger with my intercooler (tank to tank) 31x14x4 AKA frame rail to frame rail as it barely fits between LOL.
I have also made many new custom one off billet 6061 parts for brackets, pulley's and such.

I will add more as time goes by since Ron started this thread. I will keep it to show a few what's up with the build.

Custom one off pulley made from Billet 6061 with counter bore holes and the "seven m" engraved in to it.

Custom Billet steel cams from TED components. Set in head to measure shims etc..

New latch from Toyota and last one in North America! Custom bracket for oil cooler seen in pic along with all SS allen bolts throughout bay.

Custom intercooler from Extreme Turbo Systems (Thanks Joe)

I decided to hide the ballist for my HID's under the bumper so it is clean. Custom mounting and wiring will be hidden as well.

See! No battery tray nor wiring harness or any holes for the fuse box harness ;) Ron and I have moved the wiring and will extend it to another location. (Unsure where at this time.)

Is that the super white? I think MKIIIVixen has decided to go back with the brightest white we can find instead of the blue pearl. That paint is awesome Duane, and so is the rest of the car.................lol

I guess I'm going to have to move so I can see some of these awesome cars in person. It sucks that my wife and I have the only supras around here. I don't know if you guys realize how lucky you are to have each other to help you with things. I can always ask a question on here if I have a problem, but you can get together and brainstorm an idea. You also have each other to help you with your builds. I guess life just isn't fair......................::shootme::

Duane,

I'm impressed, and I don't say that often.

One hell of a nice job man.

Can't wait to see her up and running. Nice way to show the world how good a 7M powered MKIII can be.

New hood latch is pretty, too!
He's so proud of it :biglaugh: But as he always says, its the small things! Attention to detail brings home the trophys! This will definetly be one of the best mk3's (already is...) but he's inching closer to Rons now :evil2:

Thanks Jake :) Header is not fully completed as you can see in pic. The wastegate tubes are not done yet. I am polishing the header and not coating it. I am selling my old GReddy header if you know of anyone.

The paint is Supra white and is pretty bright like Nate said LOL
