A CertiCrimp will cost big money and you'll need one for each size terminal. I use an Amp ProCrimper adjusted to mil spec pull testing on everything from the cars to the planes. It'll work for all three sizes and the dies can be changed for other types. In fact I have two of the things. Around $80 iirc. For cars you can get a cheaper crimper and adjust them. Just be sure they're the ratcheting type. Course, they'll be worthless without good terminals. Amp PIDG terminals are made to work in all models of ProCrimpers.
