Sold the Supra because it was time to move on and everything was working. The price was right. So I'm looking to get another sometime. But for now I picked up an '84 AE86 Coupe. Swapped with a KA24E (240SX engine) and old Z tires. Welded diff, its a drifter! I'm going to clean it up and maybe repaint it, but I will show you guys more pics tomorrow when its light outside.

HaHa I love welded diffs!!! Turning in a parking lot is always fun, especially to look at everyone wondering why your tire is dragging....

Ewww thats a crime against humanity needs some 4agte or SR20DET love atleast.

why would you turbo a drifter? so you can wait for turbo lag and have an unpredictable powerband? :dunno:

i think it's cool. throw a 3sge in there. :biglaugh:

oh, and it's an sr-5 if there wasn't an lsd.

Maybe you should tell all of the D1 drivers their turbo cars aren't very good for what they're trying to do. you know with all that unpredictable powerband and lag and stuff...

Have you driven a car with a turbo?

I'm pretty sure most of the Japanese pro drift cars are turbo... I think some of the American cars are the only ones that are all motor.

nuthin wrong with drifting a turbo car...majority of the D1 Pro drift cars are turbo even the Falken Mustang.
