If you're happy with your C's, I don't think you'll like a sogi hack shifter any better. As long as you don't have that weird MK3 owner phobia about how long their shifter is.

with a sogi shifter, removing the rubber insulation allows for feel from your transmission. the first thing i noticed is how you can feel the syncros engage, and move the gears. haha....... very vivid description. i love my sogi! made mine out of a metal rod, the throw is a little more stiff, but anythings better than having the stock semi truck shifter!

I like to drive really aggressive, so shifter close to steering wheel = less time with hands off the steering wheel

just make sure to get the bushings from marlincrawler.com this is an ABSOLUTE must. changed my life!
