One of the TORC (Toyota Fest) directors, asked if we'd like to have a meet at the Toyota Museum in Torrance. There is neither cost to use their facility for the meet nor any entrance fees. I'll bring refreshments such as donuts and OJ. Feel free to bring refreshments as well.


If you will attend, please include your name in the attendance list. One week prior to the meet, the museum needs to know the exact count of vehicles that will be at the meet so that appropriate security could be provided for them.

Museum Reservation Time: Saturday, July 24, 8:30 to 11 am We're free to stay to congregate in the parking lot after the museum visit.

Address: 19600 Van Ness Avenue, Torrance, CA 90501 Closest cross street is Toyota Way.

Museum is south of 190th Street on Van Ness. Toyota Headquarters is 190th and Western. Group can enter onto Toyota Way from Western Ave. Check in with security officer and proceed to the opposite end of Toyota Way. Turn left and proceed 1/2 block. Museum is on the left first driveway. The building has 19600 on the outside.


The exact count of the number of vehicles that will be at the meet will be needed one week prior so that security could be provided for the meet.

Okay....so I just called the museum. They r moving next to the Toyota headquarters, but will be done by July 10. July 17 is all booked up. So I will reserve July 24. The next availabilty is in September.

On July 24, the only available time slot is 830 to 11 am. At noon, there is a group of 150 coming to the museum.
There will be tables and chairs setup for us for refreshments. I will bring refreshments such as donuts and oj. Please feel free to bring some as well.


We will have our own designated parking, so we could congregate after leaving the exhibit and continue the meet. I will finalize the arrangements within the next couple of days.
