I was just wondering if anyone had plans to use part of their refunds on their Supe's. I've been wanting to do this for like 5 years now, so I'm going to make sure I don't waste my refund this time...My poor car has been sitting on the same set of 16x8 Mille Miglia crap rims for over a DECADE now, and I think she deserves new shoes-

Yeah... they served their purpose. So long old n' busted, time for new hotness...

This is what I plan on getting. Sportmax 2-piece 502's in chromium black with a stainless rim, 18x8.5 and 18x9.5, with +35 offset. 245/35R18 in front, and 285/30R18 in the rear. I'm just excited because I'll finally be filling the wheelwells up properly! :naughty:
Well, at least that's my plan...again...

So what's everyone else thinking they might do?

I'd offer something except I take great pains to avoid tax refunds...

I need to figure out how to do that this year... I thought I had it set up right but still got almost $2k back :(

So being that I did get a refund I decided to buy another car so that I could have my Supra down for however long I need it to be lol.

Good I dea. In fact, if I have a few dollars left, I plan to build a 7AGE for my 86 MR2, so I can get it on the road as my DD and do the same as you.

last year i came out with $6500 back. i spend most of it on a LCD tv, a PS3 and cables.
this year, for the supra. rims and tires, fuel mods or a rebuilt tranny.

You forgot the 2J rebuilt head.

I'm going for the painless wiring kit and removing the clutter.
