So I arced a new optima

So I arched a new optima red top and now my stereo won't turn on my clock won't come on and when the doors are shut it makes a hum noise but when they are open it doesn't. Also the power protect light is on on my amplifier. ( I have all four of my speakers on the amp) unfortunately the power wire to the amp was not fused. Has this happened to anyone else, Anyone have any ideas?

Check all of your fuses and make sure none of your wires on the amp or stereo are fried.

you blew the engine main fuse. Its labeled "ALT" in the fuse box under your hood, NOT labeled "main" in the fuse box, that is a relay

i would also say that the fuse named "dome" in the engine bay is also fried

Both ALT and dome fuses are good
