huh? Whats that? Im always down for buying another car game, hehe.

Its so games without online can play online through system link. Like GT4. You hook your PS2 up to your internet and can play against others.

I think we should get the top 4 people with the fastest times and have a championship race.

Nooo I will get low 49's, But it does look like someone's gonna have to break into 48's to beat Demolisher.
We should pick a new track tomorrow night at midnight or something.

That would be cool. Except I'm not consistent at all... I'll screw up and end up backwards 4 out of 5 times, and 9 out of 10 times I don't crash, They're 52+ sec cuz I shift down to 1st when anxious and come to a complete stop lol.

48's ;) I broke 49 seconds several times once I put on a wing. [edit] With this in mind, I'd bet the Turbo A could easily break 50 seconds [/edit]

48.804 was my best, but I felt the car had still more in her. Time to update the leader board again :)

I was kidding, but 48 seconds is insane.

You should put a video up anyways.

Did you get the special low mileage used one with more HP?

Are you driving with the driving aids too? Turn em off and I bet you get into the 47's with some practice.

49.043. And I came through the finish line sideways cuz I was pushing it too hard around the last corner. If I stayed straight it woulda been 48's for me.

swaq makes me sick. It took a while to break into 49s, and I think the beer was startin to hit cuz I started to only get 52s and up.

ran my 49.812 with no ASM and just a touch of TCM

(ok, got the pic to prove it now)

I would like to see a video of these sub-50 second runs, just to see what the hell u guys are doin to get around so fast

I don't think my camera will take longer than 15-30 second video.
But my only tricks are
-Super Soft race tires.
-No driving aids.
-Brake as late as you can, cut into the corner, hitting the apex of the turn very late(allows you to come out of the corner as fast as possible)
-And change your gear ratio's so you never have to drop below 3rd, with a high 6th for the long straight.

I don't think it's low mileage. It had around 39k when I bought it, I think. I set all the driving aids to "1".

Maybe tomorrow I'll set up my camcorder and do some recording for you guys.

I've practiced a lot. I've got gold medals on all of the B and A license tests and silver on every other license test (as well as a few golds here and there). I'm going to tackle the IB license tests next for getting all gold one of these days. I've also passed most of the driving missions, some of which seem near impossible. The ones I haven't done: 3 Lap Battles: Opera Paris, Seattle, and Cote d Azur; Slipstream Battle 3: Nissan Skyline GT-R (this one is really frustrating); and finally the 1 lap magic: Mercedes Showdown! (which is hard because you have to wait so long to get moving that you can't keep doing it over and over in a short period of time). I've also had some trouble with a few of the special events and extreme events. Currently I'm just working on picking off all the single-make races.

I hated that Mercedes showdown on the Ring. You're talking about the one where you have to wait like 2 minutes for all the others to start then beat the lead one by the end right?
That took way too long but I beat that...hated it every time.
