Eh, they're alright. You don't really gain anything by extending the shackles. (and keep in mind, 3" shackles will only lift your truck 1.5") Not really worth it, IMO.

Right now, I'm riding on BFG Mud Terrains, still open diffs front/rear, and have little trouble getting around whatever I have encountered. I've just never been a fan of shackle lifts.

The school on lifting that I preach, is to only go as high as you NEED to go, unless you need tons of suspension travel for something like rock crawling. Otherwise, stuff the biggest tires (and appropriate gearing to match) under the truck to gain ground clearance, but keep the roof as low as you can.

High center of gravity FTL.

No problem. :)

Those Firestones look decent. There was a reason I didn't go with them, but I can't remember what it is. LOL. They appear to have a thicker sidewall than the BFG's, which is good for preventing sticks and whatnot from puncturing them.

If you use stock rims, you could likely fit 33x10.5's (if you can find them) with a small amount of massaging here and there.

I would buy this truck for $300.00 without tires....

when he bought it there was so much shit to wade through about "can't find the title" and "i'll get it to you eventually" made me want to stay as far away as possible.

better check that frame real well front and rear hangers, under the cab, look for cracks bad rust holes etc Hilux frames snap in half and rot out bad like theres no tomorrow, otherwise that trucks 700+ in a part out alone, 300 just for the solid front axle to someone doing an SAS to their rig

only pickup rust issue i've seen is rear fender rot (terrible) and the occasional rusty frame (not extreme)
