shock sensors are standard. proxes are a sensor I don't recomend. They are prone to falsing caused by movement outside the car. As an upgrade I would recomend audio glass breakage sensors or ultra sonic " air pressure " sensors. Pricing on these goes between 60-80 depending on model.

Maybe a status update would help here. This thread seems to go dormant, then come alive every so often. Is the offer for real? If so, when do you think you will start taking orders. What's the procedure?

I didn't see anything in Misc Vendors, so I assume this is still theoretical at this point? Let us know. I am interested, just undecided as to what package to get.

sorry that it seems to go dormant but it has been a hassle finding turbo timer harnesses in stock. It took over three weeks to get my first one in. Suprarich has stepped up and is hooking me up with some this week , so I will be able took take orders then. If anyone is interested in getting in on these as soon as possible PM me with what you want and I'll give you an idea of when it will ship by.

toyo, i see that dei's website FINALLY has info on the avantguard 5.5X. says its coming soon. the original info on this stated it would have manual transmission remote start capability but dei is now not saying either way. do you have any idea if this will work with manuals? also, when this does get released, will you offer a kit with it?

He has said many times that he will not offer a kit for those with a manual transmission for very good reason: liability. If he were to provide you with a kit to put a RS on your M/T car and you left it in first gear, smashing it into another car, a light post, whatever, he would be liable and open to REDICULOUS lawsuits.

I'll sell remote starts to anybody. But I won't give you the relays required to bypass the clutch switches or explain how. I know the jdm cars don't need to be bypassed.
If DEI does come out with something I'll look into it but it would have to be more failsafe than the compustar.Maybe something that monitors VSS.

Doubt that will happen guys, it is illegal to have a remote start on a manual car, so would be stupid to sell a kit for legal issues!

You can of course, hypothetically, purchase the auto remote starter and bypass the clutch switch yourself ;)

just like you can buy an m-16 thats semi auto fire only and buy the parts to make it fully automatic. yet not only is that illegal, its a felony lol

too bad i bought the viper alarm. 500$ yeeiiikees

What's the best kit that you offer with alarm, keyless, remote start, turbo timer, 2 way LCD, basically the whole works with 1 mile range?

Whatever that is, sign me up.

would they have to be the same alarm system? or could they be the other alarms that you offer? i would really want a clifford with keyless/alarm but no auto-start. I guess i would have to get the automate am-5, Dose it come with the tt harness? When would you need the money for them?
I would be down , but i can't pay till April the 6th. How much for shipping to
salinas, ca 93905? thanks

That would be the clifford matrix 50.5 . My regular price would be $475 shipped. But it would be alot less for the group buy.
