that sounds good, the only down side i see is i can get a full 2-way remote start w/keyless entry & alarm & auto start on a 5sp for 350 installed.

i would get that keyless entry. does it effect the stock alarm? cause i still have mine and would like to keep it.

I would say go cheaper than 475 on the SST. We sell them retail for 389.99 at CC, it's then there's a $170 install charge though.

so manual trans folks can stop reading now or do you mean just the remote start will not be supported for manual?
For what it's worth, my remote starter has a wire that goes to the emergency brake wire, so it won't remote start without the emergency brake.
Also, since the turbo timer uses this same wire; if I use the turbo timer and leave the car, it's already in neutral and the brake is already up, so I don't need to worry.

Any remote start can be installed on a manual. For liabilaty purposes I will not explain what needs to be done. If you can do it so be it. I just don't recommend it. And the starter has enough torque to over come the E-brake.
TTL , I won't be doing windows or trunks. Too complicated to try and make a DIY kit. I'm surprised you don't have an R.S. already. Can't you get these at cost from CC? If not maybe Justin can hook you up.:biglaugh:

The downside to that is if your remote ever breaks you can't swap it out at work
