I happened to have that photo from a few months back. It's all about maintenance. Having control of the car since day one helps too. Should have taken a pic of the spare. It's never been on the car. Still has 1987 air in it ;)

Would the factory spare happen to be a Bridgestone? If so thats whats in mine, and its never been used. Says inflate to 36psi..Temporary use only.
I'll let it go for $1000
I wish i had my car from day one :( ..I was 3 when my car was on the lot.

Nice ride. I live in Middle GA too and if this is the same one owned by the guy that has the cabinet shop on Spring St. I have seen it in person. I asked about it early this year but I felt it was too much to give for one with a BHG, he wanted like $2500. I sold my 88 NA and put a 1J in my 89. Good luck with the project.

what he said ^^

factory quality costs money...

More than likely...I will be painting this car myself. Im already done with my Auto Tech classes, now i have to either take one more class or get a job somewhere that has something to do with cars.
I'll be taking Auto Body for 1 or 2 quarters. Using Dupont materials, my paint job will probably cost somewhere around $5-600. Or, if im feeling lazy i can just prep the body myself and take it to one of the cheap ass places around here and get them to spray it for $200. I think i'll go with choice "A."
There is only one dent on the body itself which is not very bad, something some glaze can take care of. The bumpers, on the other hand, need to be completely stripped and some body filler will need to be used. Nothing too bad.

Come back in 5-10 years and let us know how that paint looks. That is of course if it hasn't been replaced at that point.
