Ok, Like stated the right rear tire/area vibrates like big time, after 60+MPH.

Thinks I've looked at:
Tire, its new has about 1,500 miles on it.
The rim is not bent, the weights are still on it from when new tire was put on.
All the bushings seem fine.
Tire does not have any knots in it or bubbles.
LSD seems to be fine, as it spins freely when not in gear and grabs when in gear. No noise when I spin the tires. No play in the tires when pushed side to side. Coil overs are fine.
Drive shaft has less than 80k miles on it, AKA pretty much new.
Breaks are not locked up.
I would figure the wheel bearings would vibrate like mad even at like 20mph if they were shot.
Nothing under both sides looks damaged. It all looks completely fine.

HELP SM! I'm lost!

I had a stuffed spherical bush in mine that was fine if I jacked it up by the body and the suspension drooped but was wiggly if at ride height.

Ok, I'm gonna go wiggle it at ride height now.

Nah I mean for you to check for rotational play so maybe pull the e-brake on and see if you can move an axle?

Looking for CV wear.

Have you tried a different pair of rear wheels?
