Just rear ended by a VW. I was at a complete stop at an intersectiom off an off ramp.Pics to come.

the bar in the lower part of the seat got me pretty bad. doc's said it put tons of pressure on my kidneys but no bleeding.
this is how it went down..
left home to go to a meeting at work and had plenty of time to get there no rush, just cruised the whole way. i get off the 2 lane off ramp which turns into a 3 lane and turns on each end for a total of 5 lanes. i stop at the 2 lane from the left light and distance myself appropriately. red for about 3 min and theres about 5-6 car in front of me. light goes green and as soon as im about to roll out i hear EEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRCCCCCHHHHH look in rear view shit, BAM! 4 door vw passat 08-10'. hop out dudes like we should move. move to the side of the road. call the cops no biggie until they cops show up.
Fat white Cop looks at the cars and asks for registration, DL, and insurrance which i already got in my hand. says it expired. look in car for like 5 min and look at it again and its not. all he said was oops. now when he looks at the car he says wheres the damage i point to the fold underneath the triangle shaped glass and the bumper. what shocks me is that he says that was there before the accident and i must of had another fender bender!!! i say no thats from THIS accident. he says looks like someone bumped you from the side. i say no thats where all supras fold from being REAR ENDED.he talks over me and says you watch those cops shows on tv and that i got something agaist him blah blah.tell him sir NO i dont watch that stuff and I AM RESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE. shuts up for awhile then he goes on saying that if he finds out i have taken it to another body shop that thats fraud and he will charge me and have me arrested!!
he tells me that he has to put it in the report that this was previous damage.ask me 100 questions and only asks the other guy one or two.hell he could have been drunk and he would have let it slide. i tell him once again. impossible. blabs about how hes done this for 15 years and that im a KID and that its expected of me to get in an accident and im trying to make a quick buck!!!!! i ask him what i should do about the back pain cause he never asks and he says first with the dent now the back pain what are you trying to get with all this? im heated now. ask him for his badge number and leave.
hes going to get a visit from me and my WHITE mother. hell love that.

Did you get all the info from the other guy? Insurance won't really care about the police report if their own inspectors determine it all happened from that accident.

Did you go to the hospital right after? If so i would take some papers or something if you have any or get a note from the doctor and go down to the police station and (if your moms good at talking her way through) try to get as far up in the chain of command as possible and bitch your ass off.

WOW, I would have had him call another officer down there. That is some serious bullshit. I would have been fucking PISSED. Like everyone is saying hope you are ok with the back impact. If it doesn't start to feel better soon go to a doctor.
back is sore mostly when i lift.feels like its on fire. so no work. doctor said 3 days either way.Im all sad. i was just about to begin my turbo swap. not totaled but my car WAS a 1 owner no accident with all maintenance records. car really loses value to me now cause it will never be 100%

Man this is sad to see, hope you heal up quick. Glad you are ok, car can be replaced. Make sure you get what that car was worth. It looks clean as hell.
hate to tell you you have some serious frame/unibody damage for the qtrs to be that buckled. your car is definately gonna total. id report the cop, and id go to the doc immediatly. call a lawyer.
Damn. Dont take the first offer and print out some for sale adds of a car that is = value of your car and send it to insurance to get what you should. Your car looks nice to so buy it back also.

rear bumper its white we could paint it at my house though i got spray guns just need to get paint....

I have access to a full size shop and a paint/ powder booth. Im more concerned with the frame being straight .
