Hello All,
Not sure if any one is interested but we tried again today. Our power goals were 550 rwhp on lowest boost. We easily obtained that: 550 rwhp, 515 TQ at 22 lbs. boost. We were able to surpass my earlier attempt that resulted in 440 rwhp at 18lbs, and a blown front main seal. On that run we had issues with plugged injectors and multiple vacuum leaks.
Today, it didn't take Shane from DB Performance long to dial her in. I fully realize we could have easily made 600+ on 25lbs of boost, but I decided to stop there. On an earlier run, I saw a few sparks fly out of the exhaust. I had visions of blown engine. We now think because she was running pig rich before the run today, that it may have just been some carbon burning. Either way, I am pleased. Once I get used to her, we may just up it to 28 lbs, which was out plan to begin with.
I want to give credit to my nephew Sean, know here as FunkyMonkey57 for all his help. Without him this project would have cost so much more. Below are a few photos and short video.

Very nice and respectable numbers. For comparrison, I have the 1.5jz with a pt67, and at 25psi, I made 614rwhp and 561 rwtq, and I daily drive it at 575 @ 23psi. Our car would be a very good race I think................not that you would ever race though, unless it was on the track. I also love the blue. Great job.

I am a bit concerned with traction. I do have SupraSports traction bars and brand new Dunlops Direeza's. May have to do like a guy I know from Fargo, daily drive with drag radials. Do you have traction issues?
Sean and I are going to play with the AEM's traction control and see what happens.

I did have traction problems with my 35r, but the 67 doesn't seem to hit so violently. I have Goodyear Eagle F1's and they seem to hold very well for the street. I could never race anyone from a dead stop with them though. My car will roast them through first and second if I'm getting on it too much. They do good from a roll though. I have a set of Nitto 555rs that I used to run but now I have a set of Mickey Thompson ET streets that are ten times better than the nittos. I've also heard good things about the BF Goodrich drag radials from some locals. I really love the Mickey Thompson's though for what it's worth., Jay

IJ, I have kicked around the idea of going with T4 manifold and T-67, along with built head, with 272 cams this winter. For now, I just want to enjoy it until the cold weather hits.

MRSUPRA: Yes, GT35DBB with E-85, USDM cams, big intercooler, lot's of fuel. We didn't push up the boost to 28 as we had thought of because we already met our goals and according to the tuner, he did not plan on changing anything else as far as tune.

MRSUPRA we just took her out for a run to the E85 pump. I know I will be lucky to get 12 MPG. At this point, I don't care. What I do care about is the availability of E85 around town. So far we know of 4 stations, and there are probably more.
It is going to take a bit of driving to get used to everything again. It has been over 2 years since we started this project. The clutch, higher HP, all those little sounds. The exhaust is pretty loud and the BOV is quite loud as well.
I can't wait to take her out on the highway and turn up the boost.

IJ It is 100 to 105 octane. I am far from an expert, here is a link that helped me understand a bit more:

And here is another interesting link. Brazil has been using ethanol for years. According to my wife (Brazilian) the President of Brazil in the 1970's got pissed off at the oil shortage and mandated that Brazil become energy independent from foreign oil ASAP. There you can't buy regular gasoline without at least a % of ethanol. It worked because they are like 95% free from need to import middle east oil. They proved that sugar cane is good for other things than making Cachaça. Drink a couple of caipirinha's and you will be seeing palm trees, Brazilian bikini's and white sand beaches!!
