quick question about cooling

very easy question but I can't find the answer anywere

I don't have the stock temp sensor........I have one with number on
well I'm running between 190 and 210 degree
is it normal ????

A stock thermostat for your engine should open up at about 190 degrees. Typical running temperature on gasoline engines is between 190 and 210, not sure if its any different on 7m's. If it gets any higher than 215 id start worrying, but if you arent getting hotter than 210 then you are fine.

water boils at 212*F. with every psi the cooling system is under pressure that bumps the boiling point of water up.

Plus, you should not be using pure water...a 50/50 mix of water to antifreeze is what you want. That mix boils at 225-230 deg F....the system is spec'ed to run at ~10-14 psi, raising the boiling point much more.
